ABOUT CLASSIC ROCK HERE AND NOW'S RAY SHASHO

The longevity of Rock and Roll is second to none. If today's radio stations would only support these legendary musicians and promote their latest recordings, the music world would be in a much smarter place. Then these great artists wouldn't be isolated by the "Classic Rock" label and younger generations can take notice. It's the music that made radio great not the deejay. Ray Shasho was labeled 'Rock Raymond' in high school after demonstrating his obsession for rock music. Shasho became a Top 40 radio deejay in the late '70s and early '80s under the air name Ray Richards. He’s attended hundreds upon hundreds of rock concerts and has rubbed elbows with rock’s royalty.Ray is also the author of a brand new book entitled ...Wacky Shenanigans on F Street
-Proud to be Politically Incorrect in Washington,D.C.

~~Pacific Book Review says ...

"Ray Shasho is a product of the second half of the 20th century, made in the USA from parts around the world, and within him is every trend in music, television, politics and culture contributing to his philosophical and comically analytical reflections collected in his fine book of memories. I found Wacky Shenanigans on F Street to be pure entertainment, fantastic fun and a catalyst to igniting so many memories of my own life, as I too am within a few years of Ray.  So to all, I say if you have a bit of grey hair (or no hair), buy this book!  It’s a great gift for your “over-the-hill” friends, or for their kids, if they are the history buffs of younger generations trying to figure out why we are the way we are."

It's a feel good nostalgia story … you’ll live it!

Ray's exciting new novel is available to purchase at amazon.com or barnesandnoble.com.

Ray especially enjoys in-depth interviews with notable rock celebrities. His articles are featured on recording artist’s websites worldwide.
